Recently recognised as the Best Residential Property in Dorset and the Best Residential Interior Private Residence in Dorset by the International Property Awards, Velaro comprises over 4000 sq ft of luxury living accommodation designed and curated by our in-house team to enhance and inspire an exclusive coastal lifestyle.
Having viewed over 15 properties in the area searching for their perfect home, the buyers heard of Velaro from a local agent. Despite being in the early stages of the build, they immediately fell in love with the prime waterside location and the homes’ architectural design and put down an offer, beginning the process of our CH tailored package. By doing so, the buyers not only saved money on the purchase price, but avoided unnecessary bidding processes and collaborated with us promptly.
As part of our CH tailored package, the buyers had the opportunity to tailor certain elements of the property, from a selection of options, based on their needs whilst still keeping with our in-house award winning design. Sharing the same passion for building the home around an outdoor, healthy lifestyle, we came to the agreement to add a putting green to the rear garden, just a few metres away from the stunning Blue Lagoon, as well as converting the double garage to allow for gym space and the installation of a state-of-the-art golf simulator. By collaborating with us, the buyers also had access to a wide range of optional upgrades that have been handpicked by our in-house team, and can be implemented during the early stages of the build. In this case, a designer pendant composition over the triple height entrance hall and surround sound speakers to the first floor living. Other personalised changes include a re-arranged ground floor kitchen, living and dining space as well as adding a games area to the first floor living space.
With customer satisfaction at the forefront of our business, our buyers were regularly updated throughout the rest of the build process, whether it be receiving monthly updates or having the opportunity to visit site at key build stages and see their dream home coming to life. Now, over a year since completion, the buyers have moved into their home and have maintained a strong relationship with the Cullen Homes team, even joining us on stage when Velaro was acknowledged nationally as an award winning home.
