Tom’s passion and creativity in the field of property and interior design has been instrumental in making Cullen Homes the successful business it is today, an interest which started at a young age being exposed to property through his families personal refurbishments. Founded in 2014, Tom started Cullen Homes with a clear vision to be a market leader in developing luxury homes on the south coast of England and with his unwavering focus on the big picture, he constantly pushes the boundaries on how to grow the company.

Tom has successfully built a talented team of individuals to deliver bespoke, tailored projects designed and crafted to inspire and enhance lifestyles. He stays very closely connected to every project, ensuring each is delivered with this philosophy in mind. This attention to detail and dedication to excellence has earned Cullen Homes recognition in various international property awards and these achievements are a testament to Tom's vision for each project, which has been the driving force behind the company's success.

Creative Director

Born and raised in Australia, Karolina has always displayed a passion for design, starting with fashion and photography and later expanding into property and interior design. Her role at Cullen Homes is to make everything beautiful; a challenge she relishes daily. As the person responsible for all of the company's design choices, her style and savviness have made her an invaluable asset to the team. With an interior design style inspired by nature, her focus is on bringing the outside in, incorporating neutral tones and earthy elements to create warm, calming environments.

Her attention to detail is evident in her moodboards, product selections and interior styling. She enjoys working with clients to bring their dreams to life and often gets involved in furnishing properties, allowing clients to move into their new home dressed and ready to enjoy. In addition to her design work, Karolina also leads all marketing efforts for Cullen Homes, including branding, social media, and publications with the goal of establishing the company as a leader in the luxury sector.

Development Manager

Josh's interest in building and construction began at a young age while watching his father build and restore items in his workshop. With a passion for being hands-on, he pursued his interests and completed an apprenticeship in carpentry, before later expanding out on his own. During this time Josh connected with Cullen Homes and eventually took an opportunity to join the team as Development Manager.

In his role, Josh is responsible for ensuring that each project meets the highest standards, is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. He plays a crucial role from the initial site setup, all the way through to completion and handover and with his deep understanding of the construction process and commitment to delivering the best results possible, Josh has become a trusted leader in the business. With a sharp eye for detail, Josh continually seeks new and innovative ways to enhance the development process and supports the company's mission to become a market leader in the luxury sector.

Sales + Operations Manager

Julian's passion for innovation and product development was fuelled by his experience during his university education, extensive travel, and work experience with businesses of various scales and industries. Growing up in an interior design household, Julian gained valuable insights into the property sector and business management, interning and shadowing at his parents' successful high-end interior design business. Julian has since worked for other leading developers, also specialising in luxury property, along with spending time in Edinburgh gaining valuable business experience in a multinational firm.

Julian holds a degree in Business Management from Exeter University and joined Cullen Homes in 2021. In his current role, Julian brings his passion for innovation to drive new areas of growth for the business and plays a crucial role in managing product specifications, suppliers, project tendering, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout all phases of the build process. Julian's commitment to excellence supports Cullen Homes with continuing to thrive as a leader in the luxury property development sector.

Interior Architect, BA (Hons)

Nicole's passion for architecture was deeply ingrained from an early age, inspired by her family's involvement in the property sector, ranging from construction to high-end shop fitting and property development. After completing her architecture qualifications with her twin sister in London, she gained experience working for various practices throughout the UK. However, her love for water sports and boating led her to move to the South Coast, where she established her own business and later met Tom and Karolina, forming a strong working relationship and lasting friendship.

In 2021, Nicole joined the Cullen Homes team as an Interior Architect, where she applied her expertise in developing concept designs and layouts to bring to life interior environments for all Cullen Homes developments. With over 15 years of experience and meticulous attention to detail, she brings a new dynamic to the team and challenges the status quo to continuously improve interior concepts, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth build process for each development.
